The new management at this property have running it poorly. I have made several attempts on having the falling siding on the property fixed but they have continued to ignore my request. The manager at this property sent me my bill and when I attempt to pay it. It was raised because of an error they made. They would not accept my payment for rent. The siding was never fixed and bug continue to be in my apartment. I have to small boys so the the big issue is a major concern. Also I have a emotional support companion. I was on site near the front office when my dog was using the bathroom before I could attempt to pick up his poop management rush outside to tell me to pick up after my pet. She didn’t ask me. I pick up after my pet but it wasn’t fast enough for the management this somehow made her pull my apartment agreement so they could find out more about me and my family. After this incident the management said my dog was not registered which he is registered and wanted to charge me pet deposit and all back pay. I brought money orders to pay my rent which was posted on my bill but they add all these extra charges without notifying me. They would not accept my payment which was the amount on my bill. It feels like the management is harassing me for some odd reason. Never had a problem here until the dog incident. I wish the management would have notified me of these changes. I would be happy to move out of the property. Thank you for your concern. Have a great day
