Ursula is great!!! I thought she would not be able to do a complete facial when I set the appointment. So much for me being "tough to please." LOL!!! She is wonderful and I am glowing!!! Ursula is very professional, yet she is very down-to-earth and can relate to a person and not just treat you like another dollar in her pocket. I am going to tell my girlfriends. But beware!!!! She will tell you how to proper treat your skin after the facial. Ladies, don't be stubborn. Do what Ursula tells you to do! She know what she's talkin' about.
