Rude & liar

Watch out!!! The owner husband is out to get your money!!! he lies lies and lies he say one thing and always say well that was last year we change from then???? I tried to book my birthday cake with them and very unprofessional no paper work they just asks for the deposit!! don't ever go there are out just to take your money!!!!

Poor customer service:(

I was referred here from a friend of mine who had a very nice baby shower cake. So when I called to see if someone could work with me and my baby shower theme, they were turning me away before I could get to the place! The one on Hwy 281 could not have been more rude to say he would not be able to give me his "undivided attention" if I came in to talk to someone! They are just sooooo busy.... whatever dude! I'm sure the owner(s) would love to hear they lost business because of you! And any nice referrals I MIGHT have had.

Good customer service is oh so hard to find.
