They must do contract wirj Lowes and Lowes conracted the company and schedules the apt. Tylers appmiance company knew they were nor going to be at my home the day lowes scheduled the appoinrment with me but never informed me. They had no regard for the fact that I was taking off work losing money and sitting there waiting for someone to show up that was never going to show up customer beware. This company has a one-star rating and there are plenty of other choices out there San Antonio. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

RUN FOR THE HILLS. Horrible. They scheduled an appointment for half my day. No show, no phone call. I cant wait to schedule them on another one of my jobs and not be there when they show up.

I would steer clear of this company. They were hired to do warranty work on my dryer and never showed up. Our appointment was between 8 and 12. At 12:38 my husband called and of course no answer. He called multiple times throughout the day and still nothing. Finally, at 3:30 I decided to call and this man answered the phone and had a million excuses as to why they were running behind. He guaranteed me they would be out shortly. Here we are at 5:30 and still no call and the phone just rings and rings. I called my warranty company and asked them to send out someone new. I have wasted an entire day and still don't have a repaired dryer. I don't know how this company is still open.

The incompetence of this business is unheard of. They were hired to fix our dishwasher on warranty and were never able to figure it out after Robert came to our house EIGHT separate times. We ended up complaining to the warranty company and they got someone else out here who fixed it the FIRST time. Furthermore, the schedulers never answered the phone, never called back, and Robert would schedule to come out and my husband would take time off work to wait at home for him. Three times he JUST NEVER SHOWED! No call, no show, no ability to get in touch with anyone. They wasted unbelievable amounts of our time and should be shut down.

Horrible. Only kept first appointment. Rescheduled twice. Both times they told me they were on their way-never showed and never called! Installation company (was part of a new home purchase) resolved issue by delivering a new oven. Don't call them!

This is a horrible company with no regards for it's customers. If you have a warranty with your appliance company I strongly recommend you request to not have this company come out. My warranty is with Frigidaire and it seems (by my experience and the complaints I've read) that Tylers couldn't care less about these calls because they have a contract, so really there's nothing anyone can do. My appointment was scheduled for Wednesday between 8-12. I called around 11:30 because I hadn't heard anything from them. I was then informed by a lady who got very defensive, as if expecting me to be confrontational and rude that I was scheduled between 1-5. I shrugged it off thinking she must deal with rude unreasonable customers all day (now I know why). I very politely told her that was fine and waited on the technician to come out. 4o'clock comes around and I still haven't heard anything so I call again. No answer, same every 15 minutes until 5 when they close. They never showed up, didn't bother to call, nothing. I called Frigidaire and the operator said she would get a hold of Tylers to see if they'd come out first thing in the morning, since they no call no showed. That would be the right thing to do. But no, how dare I expect them to inconvenience themselves by showing up to a "pm slot" in the am! I had only been waiting all day for them not to show up. I got a call the next morning stating they would be here between 1and 5. Okay that's fine I just want to get it fixed. The tech shows up an hour after he said he would, traffic I understand. He looks at it, sees it has an E64 error code and states he doesn't have the part for it. The only reason I called was for the error code, that's why he was there. He blamed Frigidaire for not telling him. I thought lack of communication again, not his fault. He said he would check if they had the part in stock, if they did he would come out tomorrow (Friday) to fix it. That's fine I just want it fixed, I've been very patient and understanding. I get a call Friday that they do have the part in stock, I'm so excited it's finally going to get fixed. Not so fast, the tech has a busy schedule and he won't be out until Monday! I guess they only have one? I then hand the phone to my husband who is not so patient or understanding. There is nothing they can do they have other customers. Really because we were customers, you had no regard for when you didn't bother to call us or show at our scheduled appointment time. Anyway I'm done with them so I call Frigidaire to see about scheduling another company to come out. We get that done I have my appointment with another hopefully better, couldn't be worse company. As soon as I hang up I get a call from another Frigidaire representative stating Tylers would like to give my call to another company. Thanks but I already got it taken care of. I will make sure to let anyone and everyone know not to do business with them. Very rude and unprofessional, I'm assuming that is why they don't have a Facebook page.

O stars for this company. I cannot see how they are still in business. They were scheduled to come out to our home today, not only did they never show up, but they never called, and even after we called and who-ever answered, stated they would call us back, they never did. Wow! Bad bad bad business. I would be embarrassed of my company if I operated like this. Do not reccommend them what so ever!

HORRIBLE company....Never Never would recommend them... Sad that Lowe's has them going out to do repairs for them....BIG thumbs down....They have been out to try to fix our freezer 4 times....and after 4 attempts, they still can't get it right...Still not working....Never answer their phone or return phone calls.. We are going on our 3rd month without any freezer and excuse after excuse....They are probably not even Certified....

Problem:

So I originally called for service because my dishwasher has been making a loud growling noise, leaking and not cleaning well for months. I received an email about my product warranty so it prompted me to finally call it in. Lowes sent out Tylers appliance repair, when the guy got there I apologized for the way my house looked since it was just flooded a inch or two from the heavy rains we received in the days before. All the sudden a old big guy comes to fix it, I'm the last stop of the day, I'm female so he thinks I'm stupid basically. He hears that my house flooded and didn't really want to work so he finishes off my dishwasher that was still working before he got here and tried to blame it on a flood. It wouldn't work at all after he left he said it was shot, but it was just working for him when I was in the kitchen as soon as I left out of the kitchen to the other room and left him alone I the kitchen. So therefore if it's been leaking for months that means it has had water under it plenty of times and has been working all along. So I if it's been leaking for months don't you think that would have happened already! I've read the reviews on this company and apparently it's a one man company, and has numerous complaints already. I've filed a complaint for damaging my property through Lowes. He just tried to get out of his last stop of the day without doing anything. Pure laziness, and not a way to run a business.

Looks like I am not the only person who would like to give them negative stars. By far the worst repair company I have ever delt with. Only booked them because they were the company that could come out the soonest and fix our washer and they were under our warrenty with Lowes. I have spent the last 2 days at home waiting for them to show up and have called numerous times to get excuse after excuse as to why they are going to be late, and then they never show up. Not once did we recieve a courtesy call from them to let us know of any issue. We always had to call them and were still told they were coming. Lowes needs to drop this company from there list of repair companys. Thank you Tyler's for causing unneeded stress on this 8 month pregnant lady and causing me to miss 2 days of work.

One star is too much. Wish there were negative stars... These people wasted two months of my time replacing an ice maker which was not even an issue! There were at least 6 no-shows, multiple calls weren't returned... Do not waste your time, get some one reliable! (we had to use them for warranty, but after a complaint, we got a different company which fixed our fridge in under 2 hours)!

What a Joke. Wish i could leave no stars.. These guys are who Lowe's sends to do there appliance repair. They never showed up, never called or anything. I had a AM appointment once no one showed up i called and was told i was moved to the afternoon. okay i could work with that ill just take the rest of the day off. Well 5 o'clock rolls around and still no one has shown up or called . I called again and was told they could come tomorrow. Im sorry but working people cant just miss work at there convenience, that's the point in having appointments. At this point if they cant pick up a phone to call and let you know they are not coming, i don't trust them to fix my appliances, nor do i trust them in my home.

Tyler's Appliance repair fixed my fridge. In the process of fixing the fridge the technician pulled the frigdge out from the wall without reguard to the water line which was attached to the wall. This resulted in the line being yanked on and cracking. The technician promised that since it was his fault he would either fix it or the company would pay a plumber to come out and fix it. I spent several days trying to get them on the phone to fix the issue. At first the technician told me he would come out to fix it at the end of the day. This did not happen after trying to get him to come out 3 days in a row, he stopped answering the phone. The main line is also no longer answering my calls. The last interaction I had with them, they told me to call the warranty company for the fridge. I did this, but it is not their responsability because this line is not part of the fridge.
