Never go here. My truck has been breaking down within a week i took it off the lot. Check engine light appeared and they have yet till this day to not help me turn that off. I gave them the part that has that indicating it to turn on. Owner test drove it but yet has brought it back to the lot w mud, scratches, and a bunch of another customers things in ny truck and has yet till this day not fixed That as well.... This place is seriously just taking people's money and not giving reliable vehicles or good customer service.

horrible, horrible, horrible

The "staff" if they can even be called that, have no clue what is going on in the office. They came and stole my car saying that i didnt have insurance and the repo guy said there would not be a charge for the repo. When i called tradewinds, they said they paid the repo guy but when i asked for his number they said they didnt know it. Really you dont know the number to the guy who repos cars for you? Now they are wanting to not give my car back. Isnt that stealing? All for no insurance, which was only lapsed by a week.

***** Great Vehicles ( at first), Incorrect Credit Reporting and Lies******

After signing papers they didnt tell me that within 2 weeks after giving an enormous downpayment that your first payment was due. Since I didnt know this they shut my vehicle off on christmas eve for being 2 weeks late what kind of place does that so here we are unable to drive to visit our family and suckered into making an additional payment all within the first 4 weeks of buying a car.At first I would refer this car lot to everyone when I bought a car that appeared to run great but within 6 months the tracking ( kill switch) system they place on every single car constantly drained my battery and evently shorted my entire electrical system. So I am making payments on a vehicle that is not even running for over 8 months. The car still doesnt work. They car is sitting in my driveway and yet my credit report shows that it was repossessed over a year ago and now I have a negative report on my credit that has ruined my credit. The owner and staff are nice when you first sign the paperwork after that good luck they always go back on their word and they are disrespectful THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY

Good vehicles, but non-committal on sales

Had a deal in the works on a truck at the end of one day. The next morning when I'm supposed to bring my creditials and finalize the deal, the owner decides to lie to me and tell me that he has to remove brush guard because it doesn't belong to them. Then, they wanted to up the monthly payment. Why would I pay more when they are removing part of the truck? Why would I want something that isn't what I test drove? Something is fishy... buyer's beware!

I bought a Nissan Exterra, was in good shape. The AC was not working and it had a few flaws and they were happy to fix whatever needed to be repaired. So far so good.
