Took two weeks to get an appt. Walked in and was surrounded by unprofessional people. Received my glasses and they were way too strong! I call back and have to wait another two weeks just to get another appt to take my glasses in to double check prescription. Terrible!

The girl who answered the phone refused to give me my old prescription. She was very rude and said there was no reason for her to give me my prescription as it was no longer valid. And though I understand that, I payed to get that prescription, not to be refused my own medical information. Bad customer service and not satisfied.

They are so friendly and unassuming! The doctors are thorough and take their time with you! It's our family's new eye care center!
