I ordered Chicken Fajita Plate and realized after taking a bite it was just short of being raw and after looking closer some of it was raw. When telling the waitress, she took the plate right away without saying a word, had to ask for the manager, (Gloria) there didn't seem to be any concern at all, barely an apology. I called the Health Department as soon as I got home.
