A group of us went last night, & their A/C was out. It was horrible. I never heard them tell us anything about the A/C. I e-mailed them today, & the woman was rude. She said that they did explain (that's a lie), & that they had no idea it wasn't fixed because the repair guy left at 5:30. Our class started at 7...they had plenty of time to know the A/C wasn't fixed! And the e-mail she sent me was flat our rude. She wouldn't take ANY part of the blame.

Oh how RUDE!!! Was going to purchase two classes on Living Social for the most adorable little girls. They did not like the pictures picked for the times we could go. I called to ask what could be done if we didn't like the pictures for Oct and Nov. The ingnorant person on the phone responded and I quote, "Then you shouldn't come in October and November." I will NEVER go to this business or host any birthday parties at this poor excuse of a business because of their lack of customer service. How inappropriate to be spoken to in such a rude manner.
