Christine Salazar is the worst management I ever met. she dosnt care about these apts at all there all run down and ghetto like her.

I live @Pressa Apartment from 10/2013-10/2014 my only problem for me to move out it was because to far from my work. Never had a problem with the management or staff when I needed something fix it was done immediately, the pool was always clean and the entire complex and afordable rent the worst of my stay : # 1-No notice when turn off water because of construction I understand fixing up the complex few times went late to work .

#2-Laundry Room few times put money did not work to long or to slow the remodeling .

#3-To many cars over night especialy on weekends difficult to park at night the office need to provide stickers and enforce a $$$ penalty .

I did like all of the events for the residents.

Wow, if this site could give negative stars...this is the complex who deserves it. I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo beyond tired of dealing with this complex, thank God my lease is up in March. I have never in my life experienced such inexperience and lack of respect in my life.



These apartments need to be completely destroyed, they are infested, the outside lights are never on during the night time, laundry room is always broken, plenty of break-ins, unsafe stairs, unprofessional staff, horrible maintenance, rent is just going on.....



If I can give you some advice....please do not rent from them, save yourself the trouble and the headaches of dealing with a business that just does not have its act together.



One thing that will forever stay with me is that my room started to grow black mold all over....they came in and just painted over it and they said all was good, a few days later it was growing back....I had to move apartments, now there are new tenants there and they are saying the same thing....perfect example of why these apartments are just horrible!!!
