My husband went to get a 30 minute shave as a gift that I gave him for Valentine's Day. His appointment was at 1PM and they didn't even see him until 1:25PM. Next thing I know he was calling me at 1:50PM as he was walking out of the place. He didn't even get a 30 min shave.

The worst part is he bled from the shave (he told me that when the lady took off the cold towel there was blood), but of course when I called to complain they swore he didn't bleed. He had red bumps all over his face and it was a horrible experience for him. I feel horrible for sending him there. I wish I could add pics of his face to this post so you guys can see how bad it was.

When I spoke to the lady over the phone she kept making excuses about how they did everything correctly but that she would do anything to make me happy. I don't think anything can make my husband happy right now!

She kept saying that with a straight razor some guys have bumps afterwards, etc, etc and she proceeded to explain to me how a shave works as if I was stupid or something. I KNOW HOW IT WORKS AND THEY DIDN'T DO IT RIGHT STARTING WITH THE RUSHING AND NOT LEAVING THE HOT AND COLD TOWELS ENOUGH TIME!!! I don't have to be extremely smart to know this!

I hanged up the phone because I was extremely dissapointed in the service and she kept saying "I'll do whatever you want me to do", what about you just apologize and refund me my money, instead of asking me!!!?? She also kept saying that they "NEVER" had this problem before.... Ohhhh trust me you doooo, people just don't write about it!
