When I needed a VA home loan, I went to my credit union first. After they dropped the ball a month later, a friend suggested Texas State Home Loans. I had to start all over again, but I already had the paperwork they needed. Ken got me closed in just over 2 weeks!

Great customer service, constant communication...I always knew where I was in the process.

I can't thank Ken enough.

Oh yeah, my credit union was offering an APR of 4.125%, which I thought was great. TSHL came through at 3.75%!!!!! Thank God my credit union sucks

These people are very rude and did not even want to hear what you had to say, and just kept asking over and over, well how much is your credit score, I did not answer and I was told well if its not over 625 then we cant help you. What a joke, call around there are good loan places out there that actually want to help you.
