I've been staying here for 2 years. I've had plumbing issues that took almost a month to get fix and the issue didn't get fixed all the way. Half job done. I stay under a family of atleast 4 adults and a kid when it's really suppose to be a family of 3. This family must be on a bulletproof housing program because I've been calling and complaining on them for about a year and a half. They turn their music on at 3 in the morning. Wakes up my kids. The have heavy traffic with cars stopping by real quick dropping off atleast 4 other kids and it's ridiculously loud. Nothing has been done but alot of talking. The man upstairs has came to my door 3 times when I wasn't here trying to tell my wife to stop banging on their ceiling when they get loud and stop complaining to the office. Again nothing has been done. I've had to approach this man myself about it and he had a I don't care attitude about it. The cops have been called atleast 4 times from us. But all they do is wait until the cops leave then back comes the music. You can't hear the words but the vibration is very intense. We even asked for another unit but we would have to pay more because of the program we on I guess but it's the same size and everything. They not trying to meet us half way. They can't control the people upstairs from us. So we stuck unless we move completely and that's a not fair to my family. Management keep saying they need more than just noise complaints. So I guess we just have to put up with it. If you have any advice or a solution please let me know.
