Can never have my order on time!! Quality is great!. whoever you talk to. always say uniforms will be ready when in fact they never are on time.

We dropped about 4 “Icon” vest’s (a $ 250.00 value) to be stitched. The first time came around and they seemed to know what they were doing. They gave us a week turn around time and kept to their word, so we decided to give them more business and take 4 more. Well this time it was a nightmare! The stitching was horrible, they blamed the vest for “breaking” the stitching needles, we had to wait another 2 weeks to pick them up. They patched over their mistakes. Patches?!!… I thought this was STITCH MASTER!!! We had no idea what was going on, no communication at all, plus they made us pay FULL Price! Obviously they don’t take Pride in their work; I do not recommend anyone to go to this place, what a rip off!

I dropped off a jersey 2 hats and a polo. The gentleman that helped me was awesome, very informative. He said the shirts would be ready by the end of the week. This was the tail end of November. When I called to see what the status was who ever answered the phone said it will be ready tomorrow buy five, well the following day came and went. To make a long story short, I didn't get my stuff back until after I needed it, and they still wanted me to pay full price. I asked to get a discount, the most they could offer me was a $10 discount. I had to pay the remainder of the price in addition to what I had already paid up front! Their prices are low, but the service is very unreliable.
