I was very happy with the service. They were very helpful in designing a space that worked for our family. The builder did a great job and had good craftsmanship. We have referred this company to our friends and neighbors. I had other quotes from companies and this price was way better and we got more for our money.

In no way is this even a mediocre company. Maybe it changed owners. Their service is way below par.
