I used this loan company to help build my credit. little did I know of the incompetence of the employee's all the way up to management. Keeping my payments up to date has never been a problem as I've stated. So I was surprised to here from my references that this company to was calling to inform them of my payment NOT being made. Turns out what ever employee handle my payment the week( yes, thats week as in 5 business day's)before did not take the time to do her job, therefore the phone calls to the references were made. When I spoke to the company, they would know allow one to voice there concern, I was quickly met with what my fault was in this which was actually paying on time. After speaking to the manager of said company it was clear to see why the employee's have the attitudes they have at least 95% of the time as the manager acted in the same manner. If their lack of being productive employee's and management wasn't enough, as soon as this occurred I went in to close my account, the employee who helped was so lazy she ask another employee who was busy with her own work to come across the office and stand right next to her and find the document she needed. My only thought was:WOW! amazing how people like this can get a job when so many more people are qualified to handle this job that at least three(one being a manager)people can not handle in a business, courteous and professional matter. All I have to say is how weak minded can these employee's be to not be MENTALLY ABLE to do their job with out putting the blame or responsibility on anyone other than themselves because the only thing that caused this was that the account folder that has payment updates which is only in their possession was not updated. With the account closed problem solved.
