This place isn't worth your money. It has changed owners three times the last two years, every time they say things are going to change, but they just spray paint the buildings and then increase the rent. Maintenance is terrible, the front gate hasn't worked in years, public areas are dirty, utilities are expensive, there are some violent tenants... I'm just glad I moved out. Don't waste your time with this dump.
