MUD WHERE GRASS SHOULD BE, DUMPSTER BOXES FALLING APART, TRASH EVERYWHERE, LOUSY MAINTENANCE, TREES AND BRUSH GROWING OUT OF RAIN GUTTERS, RAIN GUTTERS FALLING OFF, GATES ARE ALL BROKEN, NO SECURITY WHAT SO EVER, NO LIGHTING ON REAR SIDE EXIT/ ENTRANCE FOR CARS OR SECURITY, GYM IS A JUNK PILE OF BROKEN AND NON MAINTAINED EQUIPMENT. WORTHLESS AT BEST. FRONT DOOR HAS NO WEATHERSTRIPPING, DOOR FRAME/ SASH IS DESTROYED. ALL FAUCETS IN APTMNT ARE OLD AND BREAKING APART, A/C DOESNT COOL(HAD IT "REPAIRED 4 TIMES), ALL IN ALL NOT A SAFE WELL MAINTAINED PLACE TO LIVE.
