Told me i cld pay off 2000 in my last car that was totaled thru no fault of mine. I cld just come and get another car with no more money b obby c astillo is worthless so is owner k en j arman. They treat u like ur c rap their cars are trash break down same day u buy them my friends took theirs back and they told them why r u wastin our time? Really stay AWAY if u want a car to run and be treated like a real person

This company sold me a vehicle. Long story short, They misrepresented the vehicle, the sale, and the terms of financing. They told me one thing over the phone, I gave my girlfriend the money to go pick up the truck. They directly lied to get my girlfriend to sign the contract once she was there, to completely different terms then what was discussed. We are now stuck paying almost $20,000 after finance costs on a vehicle worth about $5000, that doesnt even run. And they wont warrenty the vehicle to fix the mechanical issues. They accept no liabilty for misrepresenting the sale of the vehicle, or repairing it.

I had a overall Pleasant experience. I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago and haven't had any problems. The Gentleman that helped me, was really nice and listened to my concerns. I also reviewed the car facts before purchasing to see the history of my vehicle. I told them my budget and price I wanted to stay between and He was able to help me. Ask for insurance wise. It doesn't bother me. My very first vehicle I paid over $130 for full coverage. Rather have everything done at ones. Just my personal opinion for myself. As I live a busy life.

The people here are rude and disrespectful. They are quick to repossess the vehicle when you're late on a payment but when you need maintenance on the vehicle, they'll make you wait forever and a day to even look at your car. I couldn't use my truck the first 4 days that I had it because it had a bad battery. Then 6 weeks after I bought the truck...my tire came off of the truck while I was driving. Thank God I wasn't on the highway...it could've killed me and my kids. Then when I asked them if they inspected my truck before they sold it to me, the mechanic told me that they look over the truck but if it doesn't make noise...they don't inspect it. Then they wanted to charge me to fix when it should've been fixed before I purchased it. Now I'm having trouble with the break system and an oil leak. They've had my truck for 4 days and still have not even looked at it. Yeah, they help you get a vehicle...but once they have your money...you're just another number. This place sucks! I've had nothing but problems with them and my truck. I will never refer anyone to them or purchase another vehicle from them. Please go somewhere else to get a vehicle...please!

I have been without a vehicle since last May. I was reffered by a friend that was very satisfied with Sierra Motors. After speaking with Albert on and off since May, I was finally able to go in and look around. The service is impecable! They treated me very well and was able to help me get into a very nice vehicle. I have been very stressed worrying whether I would find a place that would be able to help giving my credit situation and I am so glad that headache is gone! Albert was very helpful and answered all my questions. I am def referring friends and family here! Thank You Albert, Ken and Sierra Motors for such an amazing experience!!

The staff was very friendly and informative. They helped me out alot. I was very pleased with the service and the customer service. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a reasonable and flexible place to purchase a car.

My fiancee has been talking to Albert Calzada about getting a car for about a week now. My car was totaled in a wreck and left my family and I on foot for almost 2 weeks. Albert has been very helpful in letting us know what all we needed to get together in order for us to be able to get a vehicle with them. He ever so graciously went out of his way to go and get us from our house on the southeast side of town just to get a deal done for my family and I to have a vehicle. That is true Customer Service!!!! I would highly recommend byuying a car from Sierra Motors anytime. THe staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!!! I wish my paymentsd were just a little bit lower , but besides that, I had a Fabulous experience with these guys!!!! Thasank you all Sierra Motors Staff!

An honest review here. They sold me a LEMON that broke down 5 times within 2 months. They would not give me another car, so i literally almost lost my job. The staff was really nice though, and the cars look nice. BUT I was squeezing every hard earned penny out for a Piece O' Crap car. But when you got bad credit, you just want to get to the right people which makes you in a way vulnerable to this kind of bs. Anyways I loved the car, good condition, good looking but left me stranded way too many times. Kind of like a n X Girlfriend. Never Again. Its a 50 50 chance of getting screwed.
