I grew up eating Shipley's donuts and was so excited to be in an area that has them again. My family came here at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. They were already out of plain glazed donuts. My husband ordered jalapeño, sausage, and cheese kolaches. They gave him sausage and cheese instead. He ate the first and realized there was no jalapeño. When he went to the register to ask, she told him he had not ordered jalapeño, but she would trade them. She then charged him for the jalapeño ones as well. I have never been to a restaurant that messes up and order and charges the customer to fix it. We will definitely not be back.
