Overall I had a superb experience with Shafer Services
The HVAC tech was the most professional tech I have had in the 3 years of having issues with my HVAC systems. Jason M was awesome. Shafer was better than any company my home warranty company sent.

Overall, I had a good experience with Shafer Services. The customer service staff was courteous and kept me aware of when Franc the plumbing tech would be arriving. When he arrived he was respectful and courteous and he skillfully located the problem. Although i declined services, the company remained ready to assist me whenever I needed them.

John was the lead on installing our new AC/Heat pump system. He was very professional and did and awesome job. Left my house (AC area) clearer and more organized than he found it.

My water heater began leaking and I called Shafer Services this morning and within an hour Franc and his partner were knocking on my front door. They were very professional, evaluated my heater and gave me the option of repair or replace and explained in detail the respective cost. I opted for the latter. The left to get a new heater and within a very short period of time they were back. They did a fantastic job removing the old one and installing the new one. When they finished, they cleaned up the area to include sweeping the floor adjacent to the area in which they worked.

I highly recommend Shafer Services for your plumbing needs.

I had a tricky situation and after having 5 companies come out only Booth at Shafer came up with a solution that didn't require construction. I am beyond pleased with the service and the unit we got. I'm saving over $100 each month now on electricity!

Shafer always provides good service. I have used them for years. The most recent AC repair done by JR. was no exception. Excellent customer service

Water leak causing high water bill. I was unable to find leak myself so I scheduled online appointment. Michelle called to confirm. Great communication throughout entire process. Turned out water leak was under my driveway, so new water line needed. Shafer Services has the staff, equipment and subcontractors that handled the job quickly and efficiently. They may be slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for. My new water line was insulated and sleeved with new valves. Very clean work, looked almost too good to cover up so I took pictures. Subcontractor who did cement work on driveway were very fast and efficient also. They worked at lightening speed trenching yard and cutting cement. Repair of driveway was done very good and trench dirt replaced as well as grass sod. Clean job done right. Larry the plumbing tech stayed in contact even advising me of the subcontractors progress while I was at work. Great job Shafer Services!

Shafer was very helpful during a recent water emergency at our home. I came home to water pouring out the house. The water heater was leaking and there was over an inch of water throughout the downstairs. The lady who answered the phone passed me over to Charlie who made sure I had the water shut off and then gave me the name and number of a emergency company to remove the water. Later that day John B came over to assess the water heater and called in for a new one. Charlie brought it over and by the end of the day our water was running. I was kept informed of the costs throughout the process. John was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Shafer Services.

I called Shafer after 6:00 PM, but I wasn't worried, because I know that Shafer will get someone out to help when you need them. The after hours technician was already on another call, but he arrived when promised and fixed the problem. Tim is always pleasant and gives helpful advise. Top Notch company.

Chris Chamrad at Shafer Services has always been a pleasure to work with. He is polite, professional, and honest whenever he comes over for my plumbing needs. He has provided me his personal cell # so that I can call him whenever I need anything- day/night/weekends. He has alwasy provided his professional and personal opinion when it comes to any recommended services. I consider him a friend and plan on using Shafer and Chris for many years to come.

I can always depend on Shafer Services for quick, professional service. They give accurate arrival estimates, quickly diagnose the problem and fix it without leaving a mess.

I was having problems with a 22 year old unit and Shafer was last on my list of companies to call but I am glad they were the only company that answered the phone. I had to replace the entire system and even though it was on a Friday when I called the unit was installed on the next day. This kept my family and I from having to go an entire weekend without airconditioning. Thanks Shafer.
