Highly Recommend this company! They do quality work @ affordable rates!

Use this company with caution if you are using a Home Warrenty for service calls. Customer service was poor, was given a 2hr block when they were going to show up. Did not show up during that time, never recieved a call from the office saying they were running late. Called the main office to be told they are on their way. They spent less than 30mins in and out of the house, was told it was a blocked/broken pipe, "tried 3 different bits". Our Home Warrenty sent them back out to run a camera, charging twice more than other competitors "because that is what Warrentys and Insurance company will cover.", was given another 2hr block, they showed up at the last 5mins of the 2hrs. estimated invoice for repairs about $7500.00. So prior to calling another company out to start repairs and to get another estimate, I went to Home Depot and rented an plumbing auger, cleared the pipe first try. No problems with the "blocked/broken pipe" since. Be wary if their first line of questioning is who is your Home Insurance, and Home Warrenty with.

Tommy, who was the plumber sent to our location, was great. He had great patience even with a very difficult customer.

He was on time, his work was excellent, and he left everything clean and neat. I would recommend him to anyone.

These guys are great!!! On time service,reasonable rates, very professional. And they leave your home as clean or cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend them.
