if i could turn back time, i wouldnt have gone there. while there i had 5 different teachers, 3 admissions people, 3 financial aid people 3 esthetics teachers..all within a year and 3 months. the turn over rate is horrible. you always know what drama is going on behind doors and some teachers would tell you things you shouldnt know. never had enough supplies. didnt get to use the products we had for sell on clients so of course i didnt learn how to sell them! they were always changing the rules on us without any kind of notice like there should be. lots of negativity in this school. the school had a rat problem for a while. we had a few 'cleaning days' and 'painting days' where we would have to get our hours by cleaning or painting the school. hmm wonder how much money that saved them. o and not to mention before the xmas break they threw away everything in peoples lockers even if it was part of our $2000 kit. my teacher would always just tell me what color formulas to use instead of helping me figure it out on my own. in one year i still didnt know the universal color system by heart. now thats pathetic. i had many problems while attending this school. it was a year and 3 months of HELL!! i honestly dont recommend this school at all. i wish i would have gone to mims.

Do your research before going to any beauty school. I don't recommend this one. They pretty much tell you whatever they can to get you in. Don't believe their lies. When I started they told me they had flexible schedules, another lie. They expect you to "make sacrifices" and change YOUR schedule to fit theirs. It's so bad, they're always changing personnel. The only stuff you get to practice are perms, roller sets, manicures and pedicures. Also they charge 1k+ for the student kit, which is maybe worth about a quarter of that. It's worthless and it usually gets stolen anyways. It doesn't come with everything, you eventually have to rebuy all that stuff out of pocket. They change their rules day to day. Forget what you read in the contract, that changes on a regular basis as well.
