First off the deposit is $400 and these apartments are disgusting I cannot wait till my lease is up! It is infested with roaches, the exterminator comes out once a month and I roach bomb my apartment and 3 days later the roaches are back. The neighbors are outside late hours of the night with loud music and drinking during the school/work week. Please save your money and don't move here this is by far the worst apartments I've ever lived in! And the work orders never get done also!
