Worst ever. Damaged my hair after cutting it too short. Where did she get het license?? Don't go there. And her husband flirting with everyone who allows him to.

She is nicest hair stylist in city and very consistant with hair cuts!

Just received absolutely the WORST haircut in a long time from Silvia at Rosie’s Hair Design (2503 W Commerce St) less than two hours ago and I already made an appointment to see if someone else can fix it. I do not know whose fingers she was using, but she told me she would cut "dos dedos nomas" but my hair is more than 6 inches shorter and looks NOTHING like the pictures I took her. She used the thinning shears on the tip of the ends only and that is supposed to give my hair lift? Wow, even I know how to use those. What angers me is that I will have to pay AGAIN to get someone to fix my hair.
