Worst customer service. Twice I gave them a chance to be my new salon and twice they made me wait an hour or more with NO service. The first time I was a walk in who was told I'd be seen soon. After an hour I gave up and left. The second time I called first and was told, come on in, we'll see you right away. So I went in and ended up waiting an hour only to be told, sorry you don't have an appointment. what the??? When I called to make an appointment I was told they only take walk-ins. Who does business like this? What a total waste of time and the fake, "I'm sorry have a nice day" thrown at me at the end of it just did not help one bit. They really need to train their people how to treat other people (and train whomever it is that is taking their phone calls in the morning not to lie to customers and tell them to come in and be seen right away when it obviously isn't the case). Boo on this business. Hope they figure out and treat their other customers much better.
