Will Carter, owner of RLU, deliberately violated my rights to a hostile -free
work environment. He intentionally created a work environment with deceptive practices that nullified my work performance. The owner takes no action to change or prevent his unlawful harassment. RLU continues its practice of dictatorship with no employee rights being considered.
