Hope you don't have to cancel due to weather!!

We had to cancel a group reservation because of weather. The reason for our cancellation was totally out of our control, but these people would NOT give us a break. I don't know about you, but I can't control Mother Nature. Instead of being willing to work with us, the lady on the phone wouldn't discuss any kind of flexibility in their 72 hour cancellation policy. We are re-booking our trip, obviously with another hotel, and telling everyone we know (and we work for a Fortune 500 Company) what a bad decision we made to book with these people in the first place.
