Excellent experience! We had a problem with one of our two HVAC systems. We called our service providers we had used before. Upon examination they told us the system had a leak and was too old to use the new refrigeration gases in, so the system needed replacing. We called our Home Appliance Protection Plan and they said our old providers were not in their system so the sent another firm out. That firm missed their first appt. and were an hour and a half late for the second one. They also said something similar to the the first company. I had problems with that company due to registration issues and bad reviews. So I requested a third company and the insurance providers sent RTH.

Couldn't have been more pleased. They showed up when they said they would and called ahead. The tech (Rooster) explained they issue was a bad coil and explained that it was impossible to tell if the system had a leak until the coil was working because pressure drops when the system freezes over. They ordered the parts and had the job approved. There was a slight delay due to a mistake in ordering parts. But when the parts did arrive, they did the job promptly and established that there was no leak in the system. Saved the insurance company a lot of money and made us satisfied with their service. Highly recommend them.
