Terrible conditions. The management staff is horribly rude. The place is loud (everywhere) and nobody seems to care. M3 Multifamily LLC is just awful. Things have gone really downhill since they took over from Lynd.

This is by far the worst exper...

This is by far the worst experience i have ever had when it comes to apartment living. We have been living here since January and have come to find out that if its not one thing its the other in this complex. Sure the location is ideal but it would be a whole heck of a lot better if the service matched the location.



I guess we should have known from the beginning when first shown what our apartment would look like. As we did the walk through of an apartment that was ready for show we found empty beer bottles in some of the storage closets. With very little time to keep looking for another place we went with this one because of location and "affordability" given the fact that we were going to be able to take advantage of the "look and lease" special they had going on. We should have gone with our better judgement because it has just been down hill since then.



We were lied to about the bills being included as far as the cable goes and ended up finding out two months into our lease that we owed 200 dollars for cable. This was never mentioned to us. We also had an incredible roach problem and would ask for the weekly pest control to come by and take care of the matter. Although pest control came for three consecutive weeks, roaches were in sight every where. Come to find out we were being charged for this services as well!!!



The management team is beyond rude and walk with a stick up their asses and their noses high in the air. They are not here to help...they are here to take you for all you've got.



My family was in from out of town earlier this month and our AC would not cool the apartment. The temperature was reading 80 degrees inside which is INSANE!!! We had to call the emergency maintenance during the night because the heat was unbearable. We were told it would be fixed ASAP. Two weeks later we were still walking into a freaking sauna!!! We decided to call the front office and were also told that maintenance would be informed of this...but nothing has happened since. I decided to take it upon myself and foil up the big window in my room facing west and being hit by the direct sunlight...the apartment instantly cooled down and things have been great. Until today, when i got home and realized that there is a lovely little note on my door stating that i need to take down the foil or i will be charged...i'm sorry but am i the only one that sees something wrong with this picture?? they are so quick to charge you for in discrepancy but take FOREVER AND A DAY to fix a problem. My light bill has shot up to close to 300 dollars this month and i know its not because i have all my lights on...WE ARE BARELY HOME. id like for the little time i'm able to rest at home to be peaceful and care free. Thats the way apartment complexes should try and make their residents feel. I'm sure you would like this as well. So if you have an ounce of sanity in your brain please dont do it...save yourself some money because this place will rob you blind with all the stupid extra charges and damn penalties they place on their residents.



PS. parking sucks!!! we have to park 2 buildings down if you are not here before 7 pm as there is a higher resident to parking space ratio.
