I have been seeing doctors a check for over a year now, and have found that their staff is nothing but professional kama Dr a check himself has a very good bedside manner, all of his staff are polite and I have always been treated very respectfully.

I read online that Dr. Zajac was well respected, but I have not had the honor. His Office Manager, Joanna, gave me the run around last week and I ended up being told that she decided it would be too risky to treat me. She did not call the correct number that I wrote on the paperwork, she told me that there was no voicemail on my home phone that she did call (there is), she waited two days to contact the insurance company and stated that she went "round and round" with them, but could not get an authorization code for the specialized prescription needed for the procedure. I contacted my insurance company to find that their notes reflect a brief phone call from her where told her my prescription was billable, but not guaranteed until she faxed over the Predetermination paperwork. This is completely different from what she told me. In addition, my paperwork was given to her on Monday when she told me that my treatments would start tentatively the next Mon morning. Last minute on Friday she told me that she couldn't get the authorization for the prescription and she was going on vacation, so I would have to wait another week and a half before she did anything else. She ended up telling me that she decided they couldn't take the liability of treating me and suggested someone else. From my point of view, she was sarcastic, dishonest, unaccommodating to my needs as a patient with medical needs, and completely unprofessional!
