We had more than 15 apartments rented there, between Jan 2007 - August 2008...

MORE THAN 10 BREAK-INS APARTMENT OVER $10, 000.00 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE STOLEN FROM TENNANTS VEHICLES AND APARTMENTS. TENNANTS WITH PETS DON'T PICK UP AFTER THEIR PETS AND CAUSES NUISANCE TO MOVE AROUND COMPLEX GROUNDS TRYING TO AVOID DOG POOP. THE GROUNDS ARE FILTHY AND IT IS A CONTINUOUS SECURITY RISK.

DON'T DO IT......IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISKS...
