MY experience with quest diagnosis is bad. I have insurance and they keep billing me. I spoke to them and they told me not to worry. Now a collection agency is requesting payment. Im stressed. I hate this.

Impossible to contact anyone in that laboratory. Impersonal telephonic message - not a human alive to speak to.

Did not bill my insurance until 3 months after service, now the insurance has requested more information, Quest Diagnostics did not provide the request info, so my insurance did not pay. Now I am receiving phone calls and letters from a collection service. I do not recommend them to anyone, even if you have excellent insurance as I do. Go some place other than Quest Diagnostics.
