There should be an option to choose a negative number to stars for businesses like this. I took my husbands dress shirts to be dry cleaned. The first time they returned them to me with broken and missing buttons, they said they'd fix it. Next time more broken and missing buttons along with a completely damaged shirt and a tie with a stain that I still had to pay for. When I went back to get refunded for the damaged shirt, they told me I had to go to another location to get the refund. I show up at the 13622 NW Military Hwy location, only to be treated with no respect. The owner stood there and looked me straight in the face after looking at the shirt and said there was no damage, I'm attaching pictures so you can see for yourselves. He refused to provide me with a refund for the damage and was very rude. I should have listened to the review I read of this place and never have given them my business. I told the owner I was submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and his response was that he was going to embarrass me. What kind of owner says that and acts that way.

Be sure to keep your inspection stickers on your garments until after you check them and make sure they are ok. I tried Pride Cleaners for the first time a few weeks ago. Two of my three pants shrunk (they were all the same brand and style) but I had already pulled off all the tags assuming everything was good. I took them to Pride today and the lady said there was nothing she could do because dry cleaning doesn't shrink pants and the tags weren't on them so she doesn't know if they cleaned those pants or not. She said there was no way it could have been their fault. I just lost $160 in pants. For what it's worth, my shirts were all ok, but I'm definitely not going back.

Very good work. Smokey smell gone overnight and they do stuff no one in San Antonio does anymore This is truly an old school shop that does the hard work on laundry and dry cleaning. Good job!

HORRIBLE

Do yourself a favor and take your garments elsewhere to be cleaned. Very bad business practice here and utterly unwilling to take responsibility for RUINING garment. Refused to pay for said item and offered a menial store coupon. Owner, Mr. Navaro had the audacity to blame manufacturer of garment! Very disappointed and hope this helps someone else from suffering through very BAD business practice.
