I don't know what apartment MYOWNHERO is referring to but that does not describe the Polo Club. I am a mother with two young children. I live in the 3/2 and I have not had roaches nor cracks in the wall. My apartment was immaculate when I moved in and it stays that way because I clean my home. If you had roaches, you were filthy because these apartments have pest control come twice a month. And as far as work orders, my microwave went out on a Friday, they told me that they might not make it in til Saturday, but were able to replace my microwave that same Friday anyways. Yes, the gate is sometimes opened, but dont single out Polo Club just because you saw someone jump a fence. That sounds like a lie anyways, if you see the gates, you cant jump them! The apartment is not falling a part, they are pretty new! Sounds like your on a mission to slander a complex for your own benefit...where do you work? Westpond? I moved from there and THAT is bad management! You might be confused with another Polo Club Apartment Complex, but not San Antonio's.

Lots of families of different cultures. So you must be used to diversity to live here. They still haven't given me a gate remote. Fitness center is a lie. All equipment is broken. Washers and dryers in laundry mat sometimes don't work. Traffic in front of the apartments is horrible. You have to fight your way in a lane every morning. Staff is nice though. You can tell they try to do the best but with lack of resources. For the price, it's good to live in. But once my lease is up, I am out.

Tons of people out at all hours of the night and day. Children 3-5 yrs old have been out playing until past midnight. Trash everywhere. People in Apartment above me installed their own gym (weight lifting, etc.) in their bedroom. They work odd hours, so workouts above are from 11:30pm-3:30am. Apartments haven't made them take it out, so they continue. Car has been damaged by their lawncare service. Stay away from here!

This place is absolutely the worst place I've ever lived. This place is falling apart, there are huge cracks on every wall in the apartment, when we first moved in roaches ruled the kitchen....gross! We can here every single move our upstairs neighbors make, if they move an inch, we hear it. All you hear outside day and night are people's vehicles, whether it be stereos or the fact they don't have a muffler. There's broken beer bottles everywhere, the grass, sidewalks, and road. My brothers car door was kicked in for no other reason than it was there, we hear nothing but peoples apartments getting broke into.....during the day!! The staff isn't very friendly, the manager is worse! If you put in a work order, don't expect to see any reselts for at least a month. Just last week I was leaving for work, and I saw some girl hopping the gate to let a vehicle in....can you say up to no good!!! IF YOU LIVE HERE, YOUR PUTTING YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR BELONGINGS IN A BAD SITUTATION!!!
