poor management skills

the workers were well groomed and somewhat professinal but,the manager(a overweight, middleaged man w/a napoleon complex)was very rude and aloof.he spent more time trying to flirt with under age girls than showing the leadership skills that are expected from a leader.given the fact that it is just a little pizza joint,i expected better.especially from a man his age.i also could'nt help but notice his somewhat hostile attitude towards a young man working in the kitchen.i felt bad for the young man.from my point of view he seemed to be working hard.as for the quility of the food;i'd have to say it was average.however,i can help but wonder if my expirence there may have affected my judgement.
