I had beautiful photos of my daughter taken by a photographer who was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to make her smile. I was so impressed. My 2 year doesn't usually cooperate and her photos were amazing. I am so glad I went with them.

Picture people had horrible customer service. There is one good manager and the others are useless. the past two times I went (both in December) I have had horrible customer service and the quality is poor. The definately rush you. I didn't get my pictures same day for either visit (first time printer broke, second time ran out of paper!) I didn't have family pictures to give as my Christmas gift..just empty frames! And to make masters worse, they failed to print our entire purchase the second visit! I still have not gone back for them because I don't want to deal with any more rude people!

I had made an appointment to take Halloween portraits of my two sons as well as capture some first birthday shots of my second son. This would have been the fifth time I had portraits done there. I walked in and like always it was very crowded. I wasn't worried because I had an appointment. I noticed a family at the front having pictures done - the photographer was making sure they had every combo of shots, different backgrounds, etc. I waited for about 10-15 minutes and this family had been taking pictures the whole time and clearly had been taking pictures before I walked in. Another lady was being asked to get squeezed in and have pictures done. They kindly fit her in, one of the photographers told her "We are doing great on time so we can get you in now". And they took her in before me. Again, I wasn't too worried because I had an appointment. Well when the photographer called my name, he took us back in the room and proceeded to be the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. He asked who was going to be in the shots. I was beginning to explain to him what I wanted and he interrupted, spoke down to me like I was stupid, and asked again. I tried to explain again what I wanted and he said well we only have time for one costume change. I said I wanted to start with Halloween costumes first and he said no, we are going to take family first. I tried to tell him why that wouldn't work (I had brought a cake and wanted a picture of my baby digging in as I had one done like this with my first) because my baby would be eating the cake in what I wanted the family portrait outfit in. He started being rude again and I said "Well if I am going to be rushed then we are not doing pictures today." He went to go talk to his manager and came back to tell me we could take the pictures but would have to limit the number of shots he would take. I became very angry as in the past four times I have been there; they have taken their time and always taken the pictures and poses I want and been very patient with my kids. You can't rush a 3 and 1 year-old and I knew he would have made the whole experience miserable. I said nope I'm leaving and I told him I had never been spoken to the way he spoke to me. He then left again to speak with his manager and my husband and I quickly left. We were standing outside the store when another photographer came out to ask me what happened. She apologized and said if we came back we would get two free sheets - big whoop! I will never go back there and I advise everyone else to not go there as well. They are in this business purely to make money and will not take their time to capture your memories. I am not sure what happened as I have had wonderful pictures taken before from them. But they surely have lost a customer in me. I have set up an appointment elsewhere. If they could take the time with another family and squeeze another family in, then they should have taken time with my family.
