AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Fair Warning people. My company paid for my temporary apartment rental. I chose this place because it was moderately priced and in a good area. I should have turned and ran after I moved in and noticed that the actual apartment looked horrible compared to the model they showed me. The build is poor on these units and they are POORLY insulated so heating and cooling was expensive BUT the worst part of it was that after we cleaned this apartment to look better than it looked the day we moved in they kept my deposit stating that we damaged the carpet. This is a complete scam and I fully documented the condition of the apartment so I will be filing a lawsuit for the return of my deposit. Will update later.
