Ozarka billing does NOT make sense. I received an email to confirm my appointment for delivery. Placed my empty containers outside the night before so they could pick them up and delivery the full ones. No one came. Called them two days later to find out when they would be making the delivery and they told me "oh, because you owe money on your account". When i went into my account previously to confirm delivery earlier in the week, my account did not show that I owed any money. but suddenly I owed money from the previous month PLUS a fee for "late payment". Complete nonsense. I have been a customer for over two years and I have now closed my account. I have wasted so much time and money on Ozarka. No more.
