Once again Petra and Out of Office Solutions is my GO-TO legal eagle when I need advice and papers completed. I know I threw her challenge and forms had to be filled out quickly. I became the owner of several antique items, including books, early in the holiday season, and had to transfer ownership, as well as notify other agencies of the change. Petra researched the issue quickly, updated the documents as needed, and we had everything filed in a matter of days. It was a huge relief to me to have make sure I'd covered all the bases in this transaction.
