$399.00 and starving myself at 500 calories per day...., I only lost 2 pounds. I was very skeptical of this diet. I should not have participated. This diet is a hoax to get you to fork over $399.00. In my opinion, the syringes they give you contain saline and nothing more. Fool me once, shame on me.
