I will never go to Nails by Jimmy again! First of all, I went in to get a manicure and pedicure and a little boy who was probably about 9 yrs old starting running water for my pedicure. As I sat down, he began to attempt to take my nail polish off. I told them I had shellac on my toes and he would have remove it a different way such as soaking in pure acetone. So then a 12 or 13 year old girl came over and started using a drill to take the shellac off. She drilled it so much, she made my toe nails thin. After that I waited about 45 min. My feet soaked for so long they were like prunes and the water became cold over time. By this time I had been there for 1 hour with no pedicure or manicure and thinned out toe nails. I tried to leave because I still had errands to run before I had to go home and get ready for a dinner party. They insisted to begin working on my pedicure and manicure with two people to save me some time, so I stayed. They took a long time to finally service me and made several mistakes that took up more time to fix. I tried to leave because I didn't have time for mistakes. I was so disappointed with their service. I ended up being there for 4 hours and my nails and toes looked horrible. They were very pushy and didn't let me leave each time I tried. There was also a girl that came in for an appointment who had to wait for 30 minutes and had to leave because they took too long. I did appreciate that they tried but having kids who are not licensed do work on customers is a BIG no no!!!!
