WARNING! This place is run in a most unprofessional manner. Today...4th "fitting" for a simple quince court dress.
The dress sample we tried on months ago is the same dress! Only similarity was the color. My daughter’s neckline was scandalously low. At 1st fitting they assured me that they could put in a "mesh" tulle panel. The 2nd fitting? Wasn't even her dress (and 5 weeks after promised). What? How do you alter a sample dress that isn't even the same cut or style?
The 3rd fitting, a totally different dress. No rhinestone belt, a new waste panel included, a much fuller skirt. So wrinkled we didn't notice the 2 inch difference in the hem from back to side. Oh and NO mesh/tulle décolletage coverage!! So once again he promised me it’d be put in.
The 4th fitting today. MARCO wasn't there, so the lady there called him.
I spoke to him and asked what was going on with the neckline. NO MESH décolletage coverage AGAIN!! He said HE decided to loosen the bustline instead. WHAT? Did he call me and ask if that was okay? NO! She still has 3.5 inches of cleavage showing! 14 year-old girl...very modest. She’s embarrassed! MARCO said, "NO ONE ELSE DOES ALTERATIONS FOR FREE! And if you say they do, you’re lying! DID YOU PAY for THE TULLE? I didn't see you pay for it, did you!?! So be happy you got alterations for FREE!"
SHOCKING! Shame on you MARCO for speaking to anyone like that!
FREE? No I paid $130 for a cheap, poorly constructed dress with an extremely uneven hem. And ALL the girls' hems were jacked up. Some worse than my daughter's. The quince is in 3 days. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. NO time to come in again! Are you kidding me? Should've been a simple experience. Instead, a clown show!
SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The rude, disorganized, dirty store and DECEIVING owner is NOT worth a cheaper price!
NO ONE should be treated or spoken to like MARCO speaks to his customers. Poor business tactics.

The place is stunning. Got exactly what I wanted.

I didn't know what to get my girlfriend (now fiancé) as a 5 year anniversary so I arranged a surprise dinner/ proposal. For that, I gifted her a dress to go to a "very romantic dinner". I didn't know what to pick, the sales girl was patient, kind and knowledgeable. She said yes, she loved the dress and she will definitely go check out the bridal dresses.

If I could give this a ZERO star I would !! This place sucks ! And they never answer the phone . The guy told us he would have our dresses ready in 2 weeks it’s been 5 weeks ! He won’t give us our deposit back, he’s money hungry and buissness is bad and sucks .
