Everyone at Morris Realty has been kind and professional for the most part. The only issue I have with them is they are trying to charge us for plumbing repairs to a garbage disposal on a rental property that just stopped working, I feel that is the responsibility of the property owner or the landlord for the upkeep and maintenance of rental property. Now if I purposely broke something in the unit then I understand that I should have to pay for it and that is why I pay a security deposit.

It has been a year and a half that our property has been manged by Morris Realty. My husband and I are very, very pleased with the service this company has been providing for us. They definitely have ensured that the tenants take care of our house and they promptly fix any items that need to be repaired. They have truly set our minds at ease about our house, this has been one of the best decisions we ve ever made! v/r Tewauna and Russell Raymundo

I have done business with Morris Realty for four years now. They handle 5 of my rental homes and have done a great job. When problem arise with the homes, they take care of it right away. They will take direction from you before committing to costly work. I do not believe I have had one of my properties vacant for more than 1 month in all the time we have been doing business with Randy and his team.I have used a number of Property Management Companies in different states and by far Morris Realty is the best. Very caring, honest people who went out of their way to help me find a rental home. Other companies I called to show me a rent house wouldn't give me the time of day, but Morris Realty showed me their rentals AND other companies rental properties!
