I would advise you to go to SAKS or to La Cantera PKWAY if you need to buy or repair a Montblanc product...The first time i was there was to fix my belt and after 3 weeks waiting i decide to call them and check on the status of it,they told me that they didn t have a phone number to reach me at.....Anyway,the second time was to clean my pen(my wife washed it by mistake) They told me that they couldn t do anything and i will have to buy an other one(easy solution)So i decided to clean it my self(and it work perfectly)...I gave them an other chances by asking them to take care of one of my pen who s clip was lose,they told me they will call me during the week and it should be ready by Friday....I haven t received any call so i call them on Monday afternoon asking what was the status on the pen,they answer was sorry but we couldnt call you cause we don t have a phone number to reach you at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What a great way to do business isn t it?
