This place has issues, the manager threatens to knock me out for dispute of third warranty visits. Poor work, poo warranty, sad example on managing, find another place.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before I took my vehicle there.
Such a crappy tinting job had to take it back a second time still has bubbles all over the place and they're telling me these bubbles will disappear within 10 days it's been three and none of them have even faded.
I had a scheduled appointment the first time and he wasn't there I was running a little bit late then he tried to push my appointment back until 1pm because he has a contract with a dealer so they gave him an extra vehicle to do so I got pushed back.
(Dealer is stupid for using them-I wish there was a way to post pics)
Then he told me it was only going to take 1.5 hrs and it took 3 hours second time he told me an hour again it was over 3 hours. I guess I'm at a loss that now too many his I'm going to have to have it redone by somebody who knows what the hell they're doing!!!!
Also I paid $140 some kid went in there & he only had $120 so they charged him a $120 right in front of me!!! WTH!!!

This company doesn't care about its customers or employees. The movers we got had already been to 2 other jobs and were exhausted by the time they arrived. This resulted in them not being able to handle our piano, which is a family heirloom we have had for decades, and it was damaged. Then they broke our computer desk. DO NOT HIRE THEM, they overwork there crews to the point of no longer being useful and still send them out. I am surprised this company hasn't been sued by its employees for multiple labor law violations.

This place blows. Been here 4 times. No one is ever @ the counter. The one time I was fiinally able to get someone to come to the counter was told the guy who answers questions was out to lunch. No customer service whatsoever. Negative five stars seriously. Go anywhere else. ANYWHERE!

This place is HORRIBLE. They tinted my windows, painted my car, installed a stereo, charged me for work that was never done. The paint is all messed up, runs, dull spots, trash in window tint which is already pealing up. Alarm wasn't installed correctly, and didn't put the kill switch in. Had to take my car to another shop to have fixed. Filed a lawsuit on them TODAY with Bexar County Courthouse. Anyone who has been screwed over by them should do the same. The owner in Frank Medrano, and anyone you ask that has a shop around town with tell you what scum they are. Four shops already told me. LOSERS!!!!

If you value your money you will not want to throw it away by going here! They use substandard materials and truely suck at window tinting furthermore they a really unprofessional.
