Provided by YP.comThey are the worst I've seen...they refuse to accommodate the wishes of the patient after taking the money. I had two crowns made there and had to send them back 3 times. They angled my teeth like "Bucky Beaver" and told me the LAB TECHNICIAN felt they looked better that way. Dr. Quintinilla actually made a joke about me to the office staff and everyone was laughing. She didn't know I could hear her. Then she told me if I didn't like the work the way it was I should go to the stone oak office. She would not have the courtesy to come to the phone but had her business office manager speak with me about my complaint and refused to do over the "bucked" crowns... DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
