It's terrible to live at Maverick.

Don't even think about it. For similar price you can think about other apartment complexes on Chase Hill Blvd. But BE SURE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE. It's very unsafe. My car has been damaged twice during in ONE MONTH. And be sure to bring your own roommates if you really insist to live here because they WILL NEVER CARE IF YOU ARE STUCK WITH A BAD BAD ROOMMATE. REPEAT. THEY WILL NEVER CARE. It doesn't matter if your roommate physically and verbally abuse you and bring friends who invaded your life styles and privacy. NO MATTER WHAT. THEY WON'T CARE! SO MY BEST ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY BECAUSE THE MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY COLD AND THEY WOULD NOT PAY ANY TINY ATTENTION TO YOUR WORDS OR YOUR LIVING CONDITION. PERIOD.
