I spent 4 hrs there waiting for them to fix a tire. they said it would be $20. I went during my lunch time thinking it would only take 20 minutes as they had said but was not able to go back to work for the rest of the day. they ended up calling a mechanic because they made a mistake and they did not know how to fix it. the people from the shop said they would pay for the mechanic. two people, who dont work there, were asked (by them) to help. after four hours of waiting one of them was able to fix it in just a few minutes. the people from the shop still charged $40. before leaving I suggested that they should stop trying to do jobs they did not know how to do and they responded that I should just not go back if I didnt want to.
