This place sucks!! STAY AWAY!!! They lost our deposit and were trying to make us sign something that said that they won't have to return it to us since they can find it on their ledger!! They also like to find ways to charge more for water and extra fees without reasonable explanations. They have changed owners and names twice since we've been here and it hasn't even been an entire year yet!! The current office staff is just as rude as ever and they have NO concern for their residents!!! Amelia likes to talk to you as if you are her child and has NO customer service skills. My upstairs neighbors are loud and rude despite complaints about it to the office… not to mention that the elevators and breezeways are ALWAYS filthy. For what you pay a month, you can definitely find another place to live that is nicer, more stable, better organized, while also being treated with basic respect.

Do not move here...............residents leave trash out, residents with multiple big dogs, residents who don't clean up after their nasty dogs, elevators that smell like dogs, management is rude except for Roji and the young guy. They never answer the phone, you have to go into the office to get anything done. This place has gone downhill.......

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Super expensive and they are definitely worst apartments I have ever lived in! Staff is rude and disorganized. Apartments look nice on the outside but are cheap on the inside. During the 3 years I lived in the apartments there were many issues with the apartment complex including many residents having issues with mold growing in their apartments in windows, underneath the carpet, vents, pretty much everywhere, another major issue was cars getting broken into. And when you move out they charge for everything, even things they say they wont charge you for..for example I got charged $70 for carpet cleaning even thought the carpet was being replaced with hardwood floor... Overall WORST apartments!!
