I've been looking for same day service when I was in need of few shirts to get logos done. A friend suggested me this place in ingram mall, it's been 8 years that I've never think of going to any other place to get my work done. Awesome customer service and best part is its a same day service which makes my life easier, I'm one of those last minute Shopper.

Going to this place for the last 20 years and always been satisfied...Embroidery at its best and very knowledgeable people there...

HORRIBLE. When I walked up he was talking to a couple who he quoted $60 for a job and they negotiated down to $45. I wrote down the initials for an apron. He asked what color...BOTH my daughter and I said DARK BROWN to MATCH the other words. (he doesn't even look at you when you are speaking) He muttered "20 minutes". When we returned he'd done it in BLACK. I said, "it was supposed to be dark brown to MATCH...". He glared at me & started cutting the threads off. Didn't apologize for wasting my time... This was taking forever. Me: are you still going to charge me $9.75? Him: Yes. Me: it was YOUR mistake. He now got really ugly and said, "no, it was YOUR mistake, you should've written it down!" Me: we BOTH told you Dark Brown TO MATCH the rest! If you can't remember YOU should've written it down or asked us to. He kept insisting it was my mistake so I said to give me my apron (puncture holes all over it). I said I wouldn't be back and he said "Fine by Me!" He has NO RESPECT for women.
